LL Flooring

I ordered floor as well had it installed with Lumber Liquidators. The contractors left the place a mess....trash, not swept or cleaned. All of the 1/4 round was loose in which was installed. Multiple areas were incomplete as well, errors in the connection points (where a water tight LVC tile should be water proof), 1/4 round edges at corners with huge gaps, and poor caulking jobs partially completed near water areas (doors, tubs, etc.). I have has them come back multiple times, yet keep finding errors in connection points. Multiple transition pieces forgotten from floor> carpet. Now that I am calling them back to fix more errors (their part not paying attention to detail) I have not received any response. There is supposed to be a year warranty on the work...thank goodness...But to get them to address "all" the errors is horrendous.
In addition, when the contractors have came back, they have had no tools and even bothered to ask me if I had "caulking" available to fix the errors.
They hire unprofessional workers, even mentioned by the contractors to try to fix the errors in installation. 19 year olds with no experience.
I recommend the product, but would not go with their installation services. It has been almost 1.5 months and still calling from poor workmanship ($4000 in).
