        I just graduated from Yahweh Yoga school in July 2011 and I am so excited to help others release stress, find peace and detox those terrible toxins of daily life, To feel better inside and to hopefully become closer to the Lord. This is the temple God gave us so why not take care of it and feel good. I love to pray for others and I love reading a short scripture from the bible in each class to help us focus on what is important and that is God.

        The woman who owns and runs this place has a real love for Jesus that flows out to helping others become all that God wants them to become. She honors herself as a temple of the Holy Spirit, and will guide you towards the cleansing and freedom that being a true believer brings. You will learn a lot about yoga, yourself, and the Lord in each session with her.

        That the women here who teache...

        That the women here who teaches is absolutely in love with Jesus and her heart is amazing, she longs to help others feel good and to find that inner peace within, to learn how to breath etc. She is a very close friend of mine and you will definitley love her and her class. It will be a true experience for you.
