        We trusted this inspector to inspect a condo for us while we were out of state. He marked a missing light bulb but failed to mark cracked ceramic tile, granite counter tops, and bathtubs. We trusted and paid for this service. He mislead us and we are now paying the price instead of the seller. It will cost thousands of dollars to repair his missing inspections, when it should of cost the seller for their neglect. Very costly mistake trusting this inspector. Too bad Florida law does not hold him responsible.
