Tri-R Disposal/Pana

We ordered a dumpster to clear our house out before moving. With all the rain we had gotten during the time we ordered it, we knew we would not be done within the two weeks that we had it for and called to see how much it would be for an additional week. They told us no charge, that we had it as long as we needed it and to call when we were ready for them to come pick it up. About 3 days later we go back to the house to get the last off the junk out and the dumpster was gone. We didn't call them to come get it, and they didn't call us to see if we were done with it. Their solution was to have us put the rest out by the road and call when we were ready for it to be picked up. That was two weeks and several calls ago and it still has not been picked up and now they won't even answer our calls. Mistakes happen, but when paying $300 for a dumpster I expect to have good customer service. When you come up with a solution to fix the mistake, you need to actually follow through with it!!!!
