Brad and Crystal Richardson have not completed a job for me for which they have been paid in full. Brad damaged my gate and fence and his "insurance" will not pay for the repair. He has been paid in full to lay sod in my front yard and has not completed that job. I was promised a refund for the job that has not been completed and I have not received a refund to date. I have contacted the local news stations about this company. They have multiple addresses and phone numbers listed for this company. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

This business is run by Brad and Crystal Richardson. We hired them to do some landscaping and irrigation work for us. First off the bat they couldn't get our utilities marked on our property but they went ahead and started to dig so they could get their "breaking ground" advance from us. Of course, they cut our cable and phone line. Ever since contracting them which was two months ago, we've heard constantly from Crystal that Brad will be out first thing in the morning and he rarely shows. Half the time their phones are disconnected including the one on this listing. They now will not return our calls and if they answer, they hang up as soon as they know it's us. Where we currently stand with them is, through a misunderstanding, we have overpaid them and they have left the job unfinished. Brad has left the wires he cut to access our sprinkler controls open and unprotected and two of our zones will not turn on. By the way, these zones water much of the landscaping he put in and guarantees as long as there's irrigation. We have been EXTREMELY patient and far too understanding but now, they owe us money, they left the job undone, they've damaged our property, and they won't talk to us.
