My son started at SKC 7 months ago. He was very shy and had a difficult time wanting to participate in the class. Now, he is a changed child. He has more focus, more confidence and wants to succeed more than ever. His attitude is always positive in class and the good behavior in class has leaked into home and school life. Sensai and Sempai are very patient and work very well with young and older children. They both want to see their students exceeded not just in karate but in school and at home as well. This is truely their calling and we are so blessed to have found them. The class feels like a family and my son can't wait to go each time. I highly recommend their dojo to everyone

We started off enrolling our youngest. We found that the energy expended helped with his ADHD. Now the whole family is participating & greatly enjoying it. Several friend have joined us as well.

My kids are the happiest ever since they started here. They show self control and aren't stressed from school because they can release that stress at their Academy. This has been the best investment I have given my children. I see a huge improvement in school and personality. They aren't scared to speak their mind and don't allow others to push them around or control them. Shotokan Karate Center teaches LEADERSHIP! My children have grown so much in the last 1 year that they have been at this academy. I recommend them for your children, teens and adults. They are amazing with kids, teens, and adults. They show the spirit of teaching Martial Arts, you can tell they love what they do, teaching this beautiful art! You guys rocks I am so glad we are part of the academy.

This is not just a martial arts school it's an academy ran by a husband and wife where they show balance and create a comfortable atmosphere. They know how to develop a child's character, give them confidence, show them discipline. They also help your child develop into academic achievers and teach them to set goals and achieve those goals. They teach them respect for other as well as themselves, they teach them how to create a stable work out routine so they can become healthy adults. That's just a few of the things they do. They have patience to work with any child and make them better. My son loves his Sensei and Sempai and so do I. Whoever is interested in having their kids or young adults learn REALLY life skills bring them here. They are the HARVARD of Martial Arts nothing compares to their knowledge, training and experience. I have been to many schools but my son only felt comfortable here. This is the place to be!
