Video Games & More

To whom it may concern; i am a resident in the antelope valley and if theres one thing i hate besides liars it is those who hang up while uyour tring to talk to them. I called Video Games & More and had asked the worker who picked up the phone a simple question, "I was wondering if you fix videogame consoles?" He replied, "No we dont." And before i could get any other words out he hung up on me. This might not seem like a big deal and it probably isnt but if the company acts this way to possible customers on the phone then I could only guess how they treat them in the store.
