I agree! Customer service is absolutely horrible. The woman who works there has a super bad attitude. She is not people friendly at all. I asked her to send a package back to Amazon for me and she acted like I was asking for a million dollars. She printed out my receipt and didn't even seal my package before she started helping someone else. I asked her it it would be too much to seal my package be cause I had merchandise come up missing and she snatched the package and sealed it. I said, "THANK YOU "! She just walked off. I will never come back her again. I will conduct my business at the Lancaster Store. YIKES!

Terrible customer service!!! Employee changed the address it was being shipped to because their systems did not recognize it. The package took over a month to be shipped but my customer never received their item. I called the UPS customer service number and spoke to an agent and was told that my customer would be able to pick up their package the next day at their local ups and if they needed more time they could call and have the deadline extended. My customer goes in the next day but the package was unavailable for pick up because it had expired, which the agent neglected to tell me. I immediately call UPS and had them re-route the package to be delivered to her address once again. Another agent makes a mistake and instead of the package being delivered to my customer it was sent back to me. I called Ups customer service but this agent had the nerve to tell me that nothing could be done and to make some arrangement with my customer to have them fly out from IA to CA to pick up their package?! After being transferred to a supervisor I was granted a refund at the UPS store I had shipped from in Palmdale without hassle. I went in for the refund and I was told by Patrick (one of the employees there) in a disrespectful way that he does not know how to issue one and will not give me one. He did not want to take the time to help me in my situation or speak to the supervisor who had guaranteed me a refund. He flat out told me that it was my fault and there was nothing I could do about it. What happened to the customer is always right? The people who work there are condescending, lack compassion and interpersonal skills. I will never do business with UPS because of this unfortunate situation and continue to ship with USPS and Fed-ex...
