Joseph is a very Concious Lender that takes the time to explain all the avenues when qualifiying your client. He stays in contact with you and your client with updates, up until the loan closes! Answers any questions you or your client will have. Joseph Fernando does a great job! If he says he can close the deal, He closes it!
