        I own some rental properties and I have been ripped off before by AC/Heating companies in LA. I'm really glad I found Joe and his company as his prices are very reasonable and most importantly he is very honest. I have no plans to use anyone else besides Patterson Air.

        Patterson Heating and Air is the best ever! Joe went through everything to make sure the job was done correctly and done right the first time! I have had many companies come out before and none did anything close to the great work that Patterson Heating and Air does! Very knowledgeable about everything explained and showed me what needed to be repaired and a very fair price! 100 stars

        Patterson heat and air has done an excellent job for us. They were able to fix a problem we had with a wall mount furnace, and worked on it until the problem was solved.
        They also installed a new central heat and air conditioning unit with all the ductwork in a very narrow roof. They have been professional, clean in appearance, and left the job site tidy.
