Poor customer service.at the front desk. People walking out. Told a lady she needed a $ 275 which he could get for a couple of week. As he was retuning the car he said it might just be a bad switch. Will never go back.

These guys are deceptive! They will entice you to do unnecessary work on your vehicles by low balling the estimate of the work you wanted done, usually by phone. Then when you agree to all the coupons they claim they'll credit you for work you didn't intend to have performed. They then hike up the initial cost of the work you did intend on doing.

By the time you leave there you would have been ripped off!!!

***And be careful not all the parts they bill you for was ever ordered or installed on your vehicle!!!
