Your State Farm agent Allison in Palestine ,Texas is superb! I have had several interactions where she went wayyy above and beyond most agents willingness to help. She once made a 3 way call to help me get my home covered and had to repeat everything the other agent said then repeat every thing i said. She is always friendly and has the best customer service attitude you can imagine. Again today she has sent the binder I needed to several different people to make sure I had what I needed. She had already sent it to the address on the instructions and then willingly sent it again when the other company could not find it. I cannot express what an exceptional employee you have.
