DCI Motors

I bought what was supposed to be a new motor scooter from DCI in October 2013, for $1200. I paid the full asking price without haggling, including an extra $200 for an installed radio other dealers sell for $50. From the beginning there were delays. The scooter started having a problem with acceleration after about 2 weeks. Daryl wouldn't look at it, said it was "bad gas", "it needs oil" or a "it must be a spark plug". I finally get him to look at the scooter after 6 months and he claims to have fixed it, charging me $95. Within 30 minutes of getting the scooter back, it's got the same problem. I called Daryl immediately and he told me to bring the bike back the next day, then he goes straight to the bank, cashes my check and the next day he's in Vegas all day. I've tried my best to be patient with Daryl, but he treats me as though I were a pest. Perhaps if he sold me what I paid for I wouldn't be such a pest. Daryl has a serious lack of respect for me as a customer. Beware!! I've since discovered that I'm not the only dissatisfied customer!
