To start, this location does not allow online ordering. When you call, you are forced to listen to a very annoying recording where the guy tells three really dumb jokes and then says to press 0 to order or stay on the line to hear specials. If you press 0, it just beeps at you and you have to hang up and listen to that dumb recording all over again. I endured through this only to have my order be incorrect (I added parm and asiago, but didn't get it) and I found a string or bristle of some sort inside my pizza. I called and the guy said he made the order himself and did put the special cheeses on it. I have ordered these cheeses on my dominos pizza before and it gives it a very distinct flavor. Trust me, this was just a plain cheese pizza. In regards to the bristle, he explained to me that they don't use those kind of brushes (umm, ok?) and he would have to call the dough company (I care because...?). Eventually he offered to mail me a gift certificate for my pizza. I really hope it is one I can use at another location so I don't have to go back to this one.

Domino's formerly had a location in Villa Ridge which closed due to the closing of the business in which they were located. They assured the residents of Villa Ridge and Robertsville that the Pacific location would continue to deliver to our area. They have since cut off deliveries to these areas. It turns out that we found that they have resumed delivering to select areas in Villa Ridge and Robertsville and not others. I am very upset at this as they are the only pizza place with delivery in the area and I often saw them delivering to our neighborhood prior to the discontinuation. If we have to drive for pizza, we will definitely go somewhere else and if Domino's ever reopens in the Villa Ridge area, we will definitely never order from them.
