I had a great experience at BMW OYSTER BAY. Joe Jordon, Manny, Mike and Christopher Vitucci were very courteous and highly professional.
Joe, Manny and Mike understood my budget and worked on a deal that satisfied my monthly budget.
Joe even went an extra mile dropping off the floor mats at my home. So nice of him.
Christopher explained all the new features and answered all my questions. He knew iDrive software in and out.
Over all I had a great experience and very happy with the dealership.

Chris Vitucci is the ultimate service advisor and professional. I kept taking my 2017 X5 back to address an A/C malfunction. Chris was always polite, apologetic and brought the issue to closure.

My review is about my service advisor, Christopher Vitucci, not BMW of Oyster Bay. Chris has been an excellent advisor for me. He is knowledgable, polite, patient, and made me feel very comfortable working with him during the course of repairing all the faults in the vehicle that I discovered after I purchased the vehicle from BMW of Oyster Bay. Multiple visits to the service department were required due to newly discovered malfunctions that emerged as i drove the vehicle. Chris was extremely helpful in monitoring the repairs, and keeping me informed of the progress as each repair was made.

I bought a used 2010 BMW 650i from this dealership. I dealt with Richard Cirami and Jonathan Brignoni. I gave them a personal check to pay for the car. They called me to pick up the car next day. I went to the dealership from NJ driving 1 hour to the dealership only to discover that they deposit the check after hours and it will take them 1 more day to process the check. They asked me if i could pay for the car using credit card and they will refund me the check money. I did pay for the car using my credit card and took the car on the same day. Later they denied to refund me the check money or credit card money. They DOUBLE CHARGED ME FOR THE CAR. They are just avoiding my calls and giving me a runaround till this day (2 weeks after the purchase). This is pure stealing. I am going to sue them. Please avoid this dealership for any type of transaction.
