Palm Tree Trimming & Removal

Rafael is a very polite and honest gentleman. His bid was very competitive, he did a great job. We asked him to do a couple extra things while he was here and he generously did them without complaining or using it as an opportunity to change the negotiated price. Now here is the impost important part of the experience.
A part of a tree being cut down broke our fence. Rafael was ready to repair it on the spot and when he realized it could not be fixed he purchased a replacement and installed it. Finding a replacement to our old vinyl gate was not easy. I know he went to many vinyl fence businesses and manufactures to find the exact replacement. He had to wait months for the gate to come in but he installed it the day it arrived. Rafael has old school honesty!
