Chill Logistics is part of Channel Island and ha horrible service at the ports. The communication from the staff is limited and to reach someone is nearly impossible. They make excuses and blame primarily Chiquita for the facts that they themselves are the issue. If you book containers with Chiquita into Port Hueneme I suggest you have the container booked door to door so that way Great White can handle your move. You will be very disappointed if you do a door to port move to rely on Chill Logistics / Channel Island. I've been in this business 24 yrs and have never experienced as bad of service at any port worldwide with a provider like Chill Logistics.
