We had a great experience with this company! We had a stage and band and they raised the tent to 10' legs to accommodate a higher stage. They were wonderful to work with. Everything was perfect. Appreciated their good customer service.

Our wedding was beautiful. The chandeliers are exquisite and with the drapery, it was gorgeous. We received so many compliments. We were very happy with their service and attention to detail. Everything was perfect from the linens and dishes to the bar and wine glasses.
They came recommended to us. We will be calling them again and will be recommending them as well.

Go for it! These guys were great. Easy to work with, clean (almost new if not brand new) tents, chairs etc. They went above what we expected. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. We had a few last minute changes and they were more than fine with it in fact they brought out extra items and did not charge us - which meant a lot to us. We felt they really cared about our wedding and wanted everything to be perfect for us. The tent was set up early enough for my wife and her friends to get decorated with no problem. It really could not have been better. They worked great with our event planner my wife hired too. She really liked them and is recommending them to others as well.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND ! Very happy with their service and the items we rented. The tent was beautiful and the linen on the poles just made it so elegant. The guys who set up were great as well as the owner. They made sure all was perfect and definitely made the effort and to wish my daughter well. We worked very closely with Carol and feel like we know them well and that they truly cared about our family.

Excellent job. We had my son's wedding at your home. All around a wonderful experience, from ordering and meeting with the planners to the tent delivery and removal. They were very generous with their pricing also. Provided free items if needed and available. I got the feeling that they cared and wanted to make his wedding perfect no matter what. The set up crew was great, very polite and professional. They were careful with our yard and flowers too. I am sure it was not an easy for them.

DO NOT USE THEM! I used this place for my outdoor wedding and let me tell you...everything was fine and paid for up until a couple days before the wedding. The morning they were coming out to set up the tent they got it half up and then decided to tell us that the center pole drapery was lost and that they would be happy to refund me but there was nothing they could do. My wedding planner and I had to beg them to try to find someone who could wrap the poles days before my wedding. they ended up coming out the morning of and wrapped them with sheets.... not the same but a nice gesture. Then there was the issue with the plastic folding chairs. I had thought I ordered wooden chairs. she had thought I ordered plastic chairs. whatever... I had made little things to hang on the sides of the wooden chairs that I then couldn't use because I had a ton of graduation plastic folding chairs. The "air conditioner" we had purchased turned out to be more like a dehumidifier... luckily my DJ brought one that actually worked and didn't even think to charge us cause he felt bad that we had paid for the big dehumidifier. Then after all was said and done they wanted to charge us $800 for an extra tent that they said on the phone would cost $400. After my husband reminded them that they had said $400 and reminded them of all the drama they had added to our wedding day they agreed with the $400 price on the phone. I sent a check in and then realized they had charged my debit card $445. So they took a total of $845 out of my acct and acted like it was my fault for not contacting them and letting them know I sent a check! Bunch of crooks if you ask me. Worst vendor of the year award. I would advise you to not be fooled by the nice voice on the phone. record your conversations and watch your bank statements when dealing with this company.

Impressed at their friendliness. We felt very comfortable and confident working with them, from putting our order in, to when the guys came and set up. They were very courteous and professional. I'd definately use them again and have recommended them to several friends. The equipment was the best I've seen from a rental company also.

My graduation party was great! Our tent was gorgeous and we had these really cool lights that go under the tables. Everyone loved it. We had a dance floor and a slushy maker too. It was great.

I used this service for a graduation party and I would not recommend them. While they had good quality merchandise I found them difficult to work with and very inflexible regarding their policies. They did not seem interested in customer satisfaction and accommodation once they received the order deposit and the event date was near. Given that I ordered a large number of items, I would have expected a bit more cooperation and flexibility.

We just had my son's graduation party from Michigan. These guys did a great job with the whole event. They set up a really nice new tent with ease and were really professional. I would highly recommend them.
