        Forget this guy! Work is adequate, but heaven help you if you need aftermarket service or information -- because he won't.

        JAL's Juan will dodge your phone calls, ignore your messages, and hide if you visit his business! Even his listed phone number is a fax machine!! Try leaving a message on that! (He'd ignore it anyway.) JAL Innovations could care less about its customers.
