Terrible customer service at this location. I tried to get the manager's assistance in obtaining my Giant discount, and not only was he rude, he actually seemed to want me to leave his establishment. I was not rude, or even too frustrated when I started with him, but he quickly lost interest in helping me at all. I'm not used to being treated so rudely in a commercial establishment. DON'T use this establishment. Help me with my mini-boycott! My guess is that this guy has decided Giant's discount program is more troublethan it's worth. That's definitely not the case with me.
