$58.00 for an oil change. Charged extra $15 because truck held 7 quarts instead of 5. Will not be back! Don't fall for the needless up sell. No waiting because people know better than to go there.

Wish I had read these reviews prior to taking my 2010 Jetta in for an oil change. I usually pay around $40 and they charged me $71..00 for a basic oil change (80% HIGHER). How in the world can they keep the doors open with business practices like this...

My husband took my Basic little 2007 jetta there yesterday on his lunch hour. He said there isn't a board up telling the prices! (I wonder why) they charged 79.99 for synthetic oil change, 16.88 for Mobil 1 5W30 Syntec BTL Removal of skid plate 7.00 special filter charge 20.00. He asked them to put on new wipers blades, $95.98. I can deal with the oil change cost even tho its to high, but $95.98 for Wipers?

I have Reported them to Consumer Affairs, please all of you report them to consumer affairs, they need more complaints to publish what a Scam this place is!

Scam artest do not take your car here my wife went in for a reg oil $36.88 they put in the most expensive $100.60 the service was slow 45 minutes and she was the only one there she complained about the price the owner was rude and downright mean he told her it was a misunderstanding on her part the only misunderstanding was when we thought this was a good place to get her truck serviced save yourself some grief and money dont do bussiness withthem

I had exceptionally great service. I pulled up i didnt even have to get out of my vehicle (they met me at my car)!The prices were very affordable! Very clean facility. Would definetly recommend !They vaccum and wash your windows .I was very impressed how fast they finished my car. i was on my lunch break and had time left to still run my usual errand ! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

WARNING WARNING WARNING!!!!!! They will rip you off every chance they get. I used to work there and i got fired because i would lie to the customers. I was told do what every it took to make my money during the day. James told me to lie, cheat, or steal from everyone who came in. If i didn't make my numbers that day i would get an hour scream session for it. DO NOT take your car there!!! They will break things to make money and they guess whats wrong with your car and tell you that you needed a different part when really they dont have a clue what there doing. What every you do DONT take your car there!!!!

Took my car there was making a funny noise occasionally and check engine light had come on. took it there they said it was fixed and charged me $900! then a few hours later the car started making the same noise i took it to another mechanic and they new mechanic pulled me in the back to show me where they had put tape over the check engine light!!!!!! CRIMINALS !!!! BEWARE they charged me $900 for a piece of tape over the check engine light!!! should have checked the BBB rating its an "F" here is a link to their rating

I sent my daughter to have her oil changed and she ended up paying 81.37 just to have her oil changed. Nothing else was done. They charged her an extra 44.38 to

use another type of oil. I called them about this so called bottle fee and they ended up hanging up on me. We will never go back to this business again. If they do charge so much extra for a different kind of oil, they could have atleast disclosed the charges before the service was done. They told her it would be alittle extra. Thats not alittle. Wish I would have read the reviews on this business before I sent her.

Warning!!!! This shop will rip you off. They overcharge everyone and they don't care. They need to be shut down by the buying public. Tell everyone you know not to take their car here.

Do not take your car here. These guys are rip-off artists and they have been doing too long. Be sure to tell everyone you know not to go here. They will lie to you about the charges, then change the charges to much higher on your ticket, then won't let you have your car until you pay. If you complain, the then yell expletives at you.
