Grandeville at River Place Apartments

I moved in almost 14 months ago never been late on rent but they told me that's they were paying for my electricity and I was paying my own bills but they charged me and they refused to pay back to me had flat tier in my car and I asked for few days to fix it they two my car was paying for water and garbage they told me that they didn't charge me for garbage and they charged me twice they never fix anything they will never clean the carbet jacuzzi not working never clean swimming bool girl never worked it's even burn my face one day and they told me not them fault a lot off people moved out mean cusotomer service I even know that's my nebeghor got news 7 for them and they tried to fix it before they go on the news

I would NOT recommend these apartments to anyone. They look nice on the outside and the amenities drawl you in but the foundation is plywood. I have constant headaches because the outside noise is ridiculous. I can hear my upstairs neighbors having a simple conversation, people walking through the hallways, the baby crying downstairs, and a generator from the industrial park that goes on and off every five minutes (as if I am right next to it). The management advised that I should turn on the radio or TV. to drown out the noise. I have not got one descent night sleep since I moved into this community. I am cranky!!!!!! These apartments are bad for your health of insanity. I hear the neighbors walking around up stairs, and boards squeaking. I am afraid if they jump they will fall through on top of me in my sleep. It is so loud, and noise-heavy I walk around tiptoeing so I do not disturb the down stairs neighbors. There is missing padding in the floors throughout the apartment were they think furniture should be placed to cut down on cost. Rents beware, when the maintenance online gives you an option to fix squeaky floors you know they are cheaply made. Oh, wait. The best part about it is they do not care. In addition, to me turning on my TV, my other options are to move to a different apartment complex of theirs for a transfer fee. REALLY!!! Ps. Bedrooms and living rooms are not furnished with lights or fans, you have to purchase your own and install.
