Swimwear Solution

I shopped here for the first time last weekend and had an amazing experience. The customer service was fantastic. I had at least 3 different employees helping me at some point during the visit. Laurel took the time to help my mom and I pick out suits that we love, and that wasn't easy because we are both very picky and self-conscious about swimwear! I highly recommend shopping at Swimwear Solution.

A a decent selection, but unfortunately Swimwear Solutions in Leawood has horrible customer service.

The yound girls hired to oversee the store spend more time talking to each other and stocking the racks, than actually helping the customers.

I waited in the dressing room longer than it took me to select the suits I wanted to try on, until finally I had to get dressed and look for different sizes myself. They made me feel like I was doing them a favor by shopping in the store.

Swim Quick on the other hand may have fewer suits to chose from, but their service is ten times better.

Dillards at Oak Park Mall is still the best for swimwear, with a huge selection, and good customer care!

Don't waist your time with Swimwear Solutions.

Can NOT return items for refund only store credit. Was told because of some law. Not sure why they have that rule to follow and others don't. When I asked they had no good response, other than that's what they were told.

Some workers not very helpful and were not paying attention to customers since they are busy socializing with friends.

I have found a much larger selection was well as the same brands for a much lower price at Dillards as well as a few other local stores.

I would recommend anyone shopping this store to reconsider.

Terrible selection and did tell me their return policy and read on receipt . Customer service poor will not be back or suggest anyone go to this store !

Great service and selection!

i visited swimwear solutions this afternoon albeit the one negative review almost kept me from trying the store. I live approx. 90 miles from metro kc area and need to pick my shopping areas carefully . after shopping for around an hour, i had been graciously approached by all FOUR employees in the store, they were very helpfull- no sign of self absorbed clerks as the negative reviewer said. the store was quite busy and we are not wealthy looking people, we were treated well. the selection was wonderful and very high quality goods. there was a very wide price range, from inexpensive to quite expensive something for everyone's taste. we were pleased and will return happily to the store. in fact i asked one of the clerks if there was more than one s.s. location (due to the inconsistency of the bad review) and there is not.

New location, but very poor customer service!
