Your restaurant is awesome. Had lunch with my daughter and grand-daughters. One of the side dishes was green beans. They were out of this world. Never had I ever tasted anything more delicious. The whole menu was delicious. Is is possible to get the receipe for the greenbeans?

The bottom line with this restaurant is good, cheap, homestyle food combined with decent drinks. I have been to this place quite a bit since it opened up and it has me coming back regularly.
The service is good. I've never had any spats with the waitstaff or anything. Some things have taken longer than I would like, but I wouldn't say that was the norm. The place has been super busy almost every time I have been there, so plan on a wait.
The menu is cheap and the portions are generous. I've had a fair amount of stuff on the menu and I have walked away happy and full every time I have been. There are very few restaurants I can say that about.
I've had some of the best chicken strips in the area. The only restaurant around that can compete on chicken strips would be 75th Street Brewery. The burgers are good. The chicken-fried steak is okay, but not fantastic. The mashed potatoes are wonderful. I've had friends stealing them off of my plate when they didn't order any. The soups have been great when I have ordered them. The seasoning they give with the edamame provides a good accent for an otherwise plain dish.
***A note about the menu***
If you look at the menu, you'll notice that there is a lot of regional, homestyle food. That is what you want. I personally haven't ventured into the salads or grilled talapia or anything exotic on the menu. I also have been very pleased with the quality of food I have got. Just like any restaurant, get what they do best. In this case, it's the homestyle food.

All I have to say, is the following ratings
FOOD - 2 mushy, cold, slopped on the plate
Service - 0 when I asked to speak to a manager, he was the rudest manager I've ever had to speak to, when I asked for his boss, he said he was the boss. Well that is why we experienced what we did. Shadow of the Leader
That is when I asked for my check, paid the bill and left
WE WON'T BE BACK!!

My husband, my daughter and I ate at this restaurant last Sunday. As usual, there was a wait, so we expected to have a good meal.
The food quality was so bad that we didn't even eat most of it. The salad was just shaken out of a bag and was not brought until a few minutes before the entree. I had to let the entree sit and get cold in order to finish the salad.
I ordered carrots with my salmon (which was overcooked and dry) and received corn instead. The waiter brought carrots in a side dish. They were baby carrots boiled to a mush with no seasoning of any kind.
The service was very unprofessional and slow, and we would never go back to this restaurant.
My first experience was great...not a long wait go before 4pm on the weekends wait was about 15-20 mins....sit in Lacy's section she was the BEST server! large food portions will need a to go box for later LOL prices were very reasonable...it' s my new place to eat...great service...good food...and reasonable prices you cant beat it!
