Tom was courteous, informative, and very helpful. He quickly diagnosed our problems and came up with excellent solutions given the state of our plumbing. He even came back later to do some finish work and take a look at different problem without charging extra. His quote was way under a competitor's bid, and he was easier to schedule and we felt more confident in his work.
