Everyone is very nice, informational, & eager to help. The price is very reasonable & they didn't push me into a contract. I pay as I decide to!! The free classes that came with the membership were also very helpful. It was VERY VERY clean! It is an older gym but they definitely keep up with the cleaning. If you really want to see how it is -- give it a try for yourself!

This is one of the best gyms I have ever been to. The people & staff are very friendly & helpful. There are classes included in the membership - I was new to doing classes but the owner & other staff members helped me feel comfortable enough to give it a try. I will never forget what they told me. "It isn't about what everyone else is doing- its about doing the best I can!" I am much better & now weight lifting in the basement with confidence. There is so much equipment old & new- I am able to work each body part to get an effective workout. Its an older gym but so clean!! I have tried other gyms since joining here & they definitely don't measure up. I definitely wont go anywhere else!
