terrible,, dont go with sanchez fence the mexican salesperson is a lier fraud and a cheat installed a fence that leaned sidway a week later two months later no action taken wont return calls got robbedif you go with sanchez fence you might get ripped off they use weak cement the post leans over considering legal action against the wet back company

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! Liars, cheats, thieves, phonies, poor quality work and materials...need I say more?

When Sanchez Fence came out I was very impressed. Gorge came out with pictures and seemed like he knew what he was doing. The price was right so a few weeks later we signed a contract to have him put a fence on our property line in our Montgomery home. They were schedule to come out July 3rd. I called them the night of the 2nd to see if they needed anything from me. Thats when they informed me that they werent coming out the next day. I was a little suprised that they werent going to call me and tell me this but i figured maybe it slipped because of the holiday week. They told me that materials werent in yet but they would have them and be ready to start the project the 5th which i was completly fine with. They started the 5th and completed the job on the 7th. The first thing i did was let my dogs run free for the first time. Thats when i realized the gate wasnt lined up with the ground. One of my dogs went right underneath the gate and went missing for a few hours. i called Sanchez and he agreed to come out and fix the gate. He came out to fux the gate and made it line up with the ground. I had my neighbor check this out for me since i dont know anything about fences. the gate was twisted and would give in eventually so i told sanchez that i didnt want the twisted gate. He then yelled at my neighbor not to touch HIS fence. While looking at the fence, my neighbor pointed out that this fence was not on the property line. Some places were 6in off and others a full foot. So I told Sanchez to bring to gate and we can discuss the fence. He showed up the next day with out a gate. He wanted to give me $15 off the price of my fence. I told him no way. I told him if he wants the full contract amount, he is going to have to remove the fence, fix my lawn that it would damage, and put the fence up like it was stated on the contract. He said he didnt want to do that because it would cost him more money so i told him we can negotiate. he wasnt willing to do that. I told him im not going to pay him full price for a fence that i dont want. he didnt understand that you can not doing something different then whats on the contract with out my permission. he got so mad that he said you can just have the F-ing fence. I told him that not what we want. I wanted to give him something. he did get my $420 for the deposit but i knew that wasnt going to cover the cost of the materials and the workers. but he stormed out and said he doesnt want to deal with this and said just for us to have the fence. He never tried calling us and we didnt hear anything about the situation till yesterday when kendall county came by to let us know about our court date.

Im a very reasonable person and the fact that he is trying to do this to us just amazes me. i really hope that no one else gets in the situation we did. but its part my fault. i should of known not to go with the cheapest estimate. I guess ou get what you pay for.
