Come-on, guys, you have one job. I've lived in my current house for about a year and they've never been able to find it once. Everytime I ask them why, they ask if I have a mailbox on the street, which I do, or if I've filled out the rural residence form, which I have. This most recent experience, though, is why I'm writing a review that I doubt they'll ever see. I ordered something online that I wasn't comfortable having delivered to my sister's house in Tonasket (which I'd taken to doing because these guys can't find me) so I set the address as my house. See, I figured I could keep an eye on the tracking and when they fail again, I could just pick it up from the post office. Well, today, the instant the tracker said undeliverable I drove the ten minutes to the post office. After waiting for someone to actually come to the counter, I said I had a package that was marked undeliverable and I wanted to pick it up. I was told it was already sent back. He didn't ask my name or tracking number, didn't volunteer to check in the back. I asked if there was any chance it hadn't left yet because I just got the notification and he said no, it's already gone. Again no attempt to double check. He did ask if I had a mailbox and if I'd filled out the rural residence form, though.
