Ron Grave Associates

I have had a number of properties surveyed from Ron Graves over the years. He has been surveying in Oroville, CA for many years and has done many of my friends surveys as well. He always turned in a great Job and is a very nice man. On one property he found that the property I purchased was not what I thought because he surveyed the actual legal description, not what the realtor represented. Thanks to Ron I was able to resolve the issue and back out of the deal because of incorrect title. Ron saved the day! He has always given me accurate Surveys at a very reasonable price.

I was very dissapointed with the man that came to our home, he never showed up several different times when he was supposed to and when he finally showed up he just popped in with out a phone call. He had no idea what he was doing would not listen to where we knew our property was, he tried to say our neighbors put up a fence on our property and stomped the fence to the ground ran around and accomplished nothing then tried to charge 350 just for showing up! We had a REAL professional come up and surveyed it in less than an hour. Very dissapointing when you want to stay local with our business!!!
