        I had a very poor experience with this builder, after signing the contract and giving him a deposit he virtually disappeared, almost never answered his phone, was very seldom on site and made countless mistakes. This was a terrible experience for my family and me and also a big waste of money and my time as I needed to be on site every day to do his job.
