Alfredo Edgerton, Service Consultant, is a consummate professional who is truly a “can do” quality individual who makes sure that whatever service related problem is solved. We started bringing in our old car to Holler Honda for about 5 years and have never been disappointed! Alfredo is someone who has the heart of a teacher because he not only answers all questions, but insures that we understand all aspects of the service on any particular service appointment. Recently, we purchased a new Honda CRV at Holler, and Alfredo was right there to answer all questions we had about our new car, and of course, he was the consultant who handled the recent first service appointment! Thanks to Holler Honda for giving us such a quality individual! Excellent!!

Stephen Derosa was my designated handler and he did an excellent job from the start. I had to change my original service date which he was quickly able to do. He was very knowledgeable about my model of car and knew exactly what needed to be done both now and recommendations for later. I know I can always call him for advice and assistance.

Jerome Williams was my service rep. As usual the staff was extremely professional. Everything was explained upfront. I was in a hurry because I was leaving town right after the appointment. Jerome was honest about the length of time it would take and I was in and out quickly. Thanks for the Honda team for another pleasant experience.

Mo was absolutely wonderful!! He was patient and I didn't feel rushed. I test drove the car one day and bought it the next. He also called to congratulate me with my purchase, which was a surprise. I will definitely refer family and friends to Holler Honda. The financing was a breeze too. Ask for Mo at Holler Honda, you won't be disappointed!!

I bought a Dodge Challenger from here. I was working with Peter Tran during the process and he was very helpful, responsive and very patient with me! From Peter to Rick to the financing, was a smooth and easy process. Very friendly staff who stayed after hours for me. Normally, the process of buying a car gives me such anxiety - its a big decision and most often times, high pressure sales people and their vulture like tactics don't make the process any easier. This was not the was at Holler Honda - the process was easy and very straight forward. My sales person, Pasquale Lobianco was awesome and made me feel right at home at the dealership. His knowledge about the HR-V that I was interested on was spot on as was his service and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the entire car buying process. Pasquale along with Vanessa in the finance department explained everything in detail and answered all my questions - and believe me I had a lot of them. I never felt pressured or talked down to! Pasquale even walked me through setting the main features of the car and even made sure my phone was paired with the Bluetooth technology before I drove off the lot. I even got some follow up calls to make sure that everything was ok with the car and that I was completely satisfied with the purchase. Cars are a big purchase and I never had one so good and actually fun!! If you're in the market for a new or great used car, check out my friends over at Holler Honda - you won't be disappointed - and ask for Pasquale - his service is second to none!!

If you are even considering a new car, you should give your business to Holler Honda. I have never been more impressed with a dealership. Make sure to ask for Peter Tran, he is the best of the best.

I bought a certified used car with the expectation that it would be as close to perfect as a used car gets. I was wrong and neither Holler Honda nor Honda Motor would help me.

The car was advertised with tinted windows, a great feature that I really enjoyed. It turns out that the tint was illegally dark and I got a ticket for it. When I asked Holler Honda to fix it they refused and said it wasn't their job to make sure they cars they sell comply with the law.

That should really be a top concern for a car dealer, but Holler is not as reputable as they claim to be.

Stephen Hemmerle was helpful and informative. No pressure, and very supportive of any question or concerns we had a long the way. He never hesitated to be sure we saw and tried out what we wanted to see, and was as excited for us as we were about getting a new car! Love the no pressure Honda provides, so the Stephen and his co-workers can just be helpful and focus on our needs, not the bottom line.

I had a service recall on my 2016 Accord. The letter from Holler (corporate) indicated I should be prepared to leave the car for up to half a day. When I arrived for my appointment, Drew Craig, my service rep, told me it might take up to 90 minutes. I was very pleasantly surprised when my car was ready in about 45 minutes. Drew was very courteous, respectful and efficient. He did a great job in expediting my service needs!

Awesome experience w/ Pat Lobianco. I bought Odyssey and saw a small paint issue on the bumper. He said it's can be fixed right away. However, what the service recommendation was to remove & repaint the whole are bumper. I requested REPLACEMENT of the Odyssey. In no time Pat looked for the same model and REPLACED w/ NEW one despite driving the 1st Odyssey for almost 600 miles. You're Simply the Best Pat Lobianco.
