Pedro and Trey were absolutely amazing in picking my new Dodge Ram 1500. Pedro listened to exactly what I was looking for in a truck and exceeded my expectations. As well as Trey who helped out with the sale as well, trey gave informative information on what to look out for in comparing other trucks I was looking at as well and helped me to make a final decision on the Ram truck I decided on. Neither one were pushy and both were patient with me in deciding what I wanted. Both as well respected the fact I needed to contact my wife to talk about the options they presented me with in deciding which option was best fit for me and my family and I was very thankful for that. I will 100 percent refer others to them as well as I will eventually be buying my wife a new vehicle and I will definitely ask for them

Overall

The service department and their mechanic INTENTIONALLY broke my car when I went for a routine check-up. After complaining, a tow truck picked up the vehicle on a Saturday morning and the vehicle was kept. I was not provided with a rental car and now it is Sunday night and I HAVE NO WAY TO GET TO WORK IN THE MORNING.

First, I went in on Tuesday 10/7 to this dealer -- where the car was purchased brand new --- for an oil change and Tyler Letson checked my car. He said a "multi point inspection" would be conducted as well as the oil change. On Wednesday, the red oil light was still on.

I go back Thursday morning (10/9) at 8am. The shuttle takes me to work so I don't have to wait. At 3pm (an approximate 7 hours later), I finally get a call from Tyler who said that another "multi point inspection" had been conducted and that the oil censor switch is damaged at needs to be repaired. I declined the repair. I took the car home but noticed very weird strange sounds, very unusual, and the car NEVER made sounds like that.

On Friday, a friend came to my home and took a look at the car and discovered the Greenway Ford mechanic had intentionally damaged the car and then tried to cover up his mess with silicone. If I had driven car anywhere, the possibility existed that I could have died. Called Greenway Ford immediately and on Saturday morning, a tow truck came by to pick up the car and take it back to the dealer for an "investigation."

On Saturday afternoon, at about 5:30pm, the call comes in that they need to continue their investigation. Despite asking for a rental, no rental was provided.

Called on Sunday (earlier today) and no manager returned the call. I drove to the dealer and spoke with Flavio, a sales manager, who said the Service Department was closed and there would be no one who could help. I asked Flavio if the dealer would reimburse me if I obtained a rental on my own through a separate company and he said he did not know.

Flavio then had the audacity to ask me if I was interested in trading in the car. Basically, the dealer intentionally damages the car and then tries to get me to trade-in the car to continue making a profit off of me. BEWARE FLAVIO! Shame on you Flavio.

It is now Sunday night and I have no way to get to work in the morning. The car dealer conducted a "multi point inspection" on this car TWICE in one week, had the vehicle for about 7hrs on Thursday, and they still KNOWINGLY sent me out on the road to die. Then they refuse to provide me with a rental while they fix they mess that their mechanic did to my car.

In the meanwhile, I have no way to get to work and I could lose my job. I feel so angry and dissapointed at the lack of customer service.

This is pure greed on behalf of this dealership. Shame on you.
