Fun in the Sun Pool Heating, Inc

I have used them in the past and they were wonderful. I called today to get warranty work and had a female manager take over the call. What a complete tyrant. I would fire her in a heart beat for talking to customers the way she did. She put me on the defense for having a warranty issue. I can't believe the owner and Hayward think she is "customer service" oriented. She should stay off the phones. I won't be using or recommending them.

I been loyal to this company for several years. They did a "tune up" of my solar pool heating system. As a result, they recommended additional work that I authorized them to do. It is now March and the system does not work. They said they will only come to check it out for another 79.95 service call fee. I was flabbergasted how the person who said she was an "owner" talked to me. She was patronizing almost mocking (it is hard to describe). I do not have an issue with paying them if there is something additional wrong with the system (even though I just paid them $700 to service the system). There are lots of service companies out there who stand behind their work, you do not need to do business with this one.
