Eye Care

First of all, the 'parking lot' is a nightmare. It consists of a small L-shaped piece of pavement that wraps around the building, and offers about 5 parking spaces. I pulled in and there were no spots free, so I had to BACK my truck all the way back around the L to the front of the building. Then we drove down the street, parked in a neighborhood, and walked up to the office. Our appt was at 10:45 am, and we weren't seen until 1 pm. When I asked what was going on, the receptionist looked surprised and asked "oh, no one's seen you yet?" LET'S SEE, THIS IS A SMALL WAITING ROOM AND I'VE BEEN SITTING RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOUR DESK FOR TWO HOURS!! And you FORGOT me?? So we get in the back and wait another half an hour for the doctor. The doctor was good once we got in to see her. The appointment was for my young daughter, and Dr. Tartibi spoke directly to her, rather than to me, which I really thought was good. And she had a great manner with my daughter.
