I spoke with Jim the sales manager by phone the day before my purchase and told him I was interested in test driving a Miata MX-5. An appointment was set for 10AM the next day. He really knows his staff because when I arrived he introduced me to Ian Bigden who actually owns a Miata. Being new to Miatas, I had lots of questions. Ian had the answer to every one of them. It was a very low key and relaxed sales presentation with absolutely no pressure. It was more just like a couple of guys discussing cars. Then came the financing and registration discussion. That's the part customers are apprehensive about. I was handed off to Brandon Kush of Financial Services for this. Brandon was cheerful and patient as he explained options to me more than once until he was sure I understood and was comfortable with what I was signing. In summary, the staff at Classic Miata was cheerful, and knowledgeable from the appointment phone call until the time I left the lot. And in case you are wondering. I recently had my vehicle in for routine service. From the time I arrived to the time I left the attention I received was excellent. The young lady that met me outside remembered that I like to have Aiesha Jones as my service consultant. Aiesha as always greeted me with her friendly smile and helped me get my car in and out as soon as possible. She always takes the time to ask about the family and is always so friendly with my granddaughter. She just makes you feel comfortable. That is why both my daughter and I continue to drive all the way from Clermont for the service that we receive here.
I leased a Mazda 3 from Classic Mazda yesterday and was extremely satisfied with the service I received from Phillip Banh. He was very knowledgable and made every effort to be as helpful as possible. When my lease is up on my new Mazda in 3 years I will very likely return to Classic Mazda if Phillip is still working there.
We brought our Mazda 6 in for a recall and regular maintenance service. The vehicle was serviced in a shorter time than anticipated and we weren't pressured into any unnecessary services. Julie Rose was our service advisor - she's very professional and efficient and an excellent representative for Classic Mazda.

It was a routine maintenance visit on my 2010 Mazda 3 and the service team at Classic Mazda did a fantastic job. I was taken care of by Richard Barone and although this my first experience with Richard in the Service Department, he did a fantastic job. I asked for an additional service and Richard did a great job of explaining in detail what was recommended, how the process was done and straight forward on the price with no hidden fees. The entire Service Team at Classic Mazda is tips in the industry. I could take my car elsewhere for routine maintenance, but they do such a fantastic job each and every time that it is worth the effort and additional time to go back.
Sal Picascio was a great and helpful sales associate! It was a 2 day process for me to get my 2016 Mazda 3 And he was there for me when we needed him the most.All of the staff was super helpful and each associate I met I was greeted with a handshake making me feel kinda special! I'm so great full my first car buying experience was with Sal and the Mazda team! YOU GO GUYS!
Julie Rose is an awesome service advisor. She assisted me in the past with my used mazda 6, that was not purchased from Classic Mazda; and now with my new cx 5 that I decide to purchase there. She is very knowledgeable, attentive, kind and respectful. I highly recommend her and Classic Mazda
I had my Mazda 6 serviced, the clutch looked at and I had questions about a recall notice I received. My appointment was on a Saturday. I dealt with service adviser Julie Rose and I found her to be very pleasant and helpful. I was amazed at her knowledge of automobiles and she thoroughly explained everything to me. Later I called to inquire on the status of my car and was told she was dealing with another guest and I was given her VM. She promptly called me back. I was very pleased at how I was treated by Julie Rose from start to finish. She even found a coupon for me to reduce the cost a bit!
Mark Milberry was an excellent partner in my buying experience. Mark is friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable about his Mazdas. The test drive and introduction to the CX-5 was the most informative and beneficial I had ever received. I highly recommend purchasing your next car from Mark!
Classic Mazda is the best customer service experience I have ever had. I purchased my 2014 Mazda 6 shortly after I retired and had the pleasure to have Bob Newland as my sales consultant. My great customer service experience did not stop on the show room floor. When it was time for my Mazda 6 to have its regular maintenance service Ms. Aiesha Jones, service department representative continued from where Mr. Newland left off. It was very refreshing to be helped by Ms Aiesha Jones who is so knowledgeable and with such a great attitude. I have purchased several new and used cars during my life time and Classic Mazda is honestly the best customer service experience I have ever had. I look forward to my regular maintenance service with no worries in my mind because I know that Ms. Jones will be there to take care of me. Thanks to Mr. Newland and Ms. Jones for making me feel like a customer would expect.
I never thought about buying Mazda before but when I walked into Classic Mazda and spoke with Gordon Pagano, I knew I was going to buy a car from him. After a not so good experience at GMC, this totally changed my perspective on buying a car. Not only did he take his time telling me about the car, he answered every question I had about it. All the staff there are super friendly and made you feel like family. They even worked with me financially to help me get the car I wanted. I am in love with my CX-5 and will forever be a Mazda customer thanks to Gordon, Roger, Chito. All of them are great people there. If you need a new car stop by Classic Mazda, you will not be disappointed.
Very pleasant experience at classic mazda Orlando. After going to a dealership in miami ( brickell mazda) in search of my car (2015 mazda 3) I left the place totally disappointed because of continuos lies and games played by their sellers .I contacted classic mazda, they answered every single question I had, no matter how dumb it was, they were always there, also they always respected my privacy, I asked them to only contact me via email or text message and that is exactly what they did,Never received a call from them, other dealerships would keep on calling and leaving voice mails even when you ask them not to, but these guys are respectful. They are also very professional and down to earth, when you get to know them it doesn't really feel like you are dealing with a seller, it is more like a friend and that goes for everyone at classic mazda. I arrived there and was greeted by everyone, even when I wasn't sure I was going to purchase the car, they had free BBQ and drinks for everyone and I gladly took some. They allowed me to test drive two brand new cars of my preference without any excuses or restrictions, the seller that received me, Mr. Orville Williams was a tremendous host, always open for questions and always joking and smiling, made me feel great, Not like I was going to get robbed as you feel at some other dealerships, shane wood's, sales manager is great, never told a lie,always responsive and attentive and he made sure I understood every single thing from the car to the finance terms and everything else, finally the finance person, a gentleman from Egypt who's name I just cannot remember, he was great as well, everything well laid out on the table, well explained, very serious and professional and he made sure I understood every single thing before signing anything. Overall classic mazda is probably the best dealership there is out there, I highly recommend it. I am now driving and loving my new 2015 mazda 3 I got for 0.9 % apr. Other dealerships were offering 10 % and up so thanks to these guys I am now driving a car I love for an excellent price. Thank you!
