This company is used by Bright house to do installations. We just move into a new house and set up a move service. We had an appointment for Monday 8/24 10am-12pm they show up at 1:00. The guy they have come out was only complaining and said he could not complete the service and we had to schedule another appointment to have them come back out to finish the job they were supposed to do the first time all because he was to far behind (Not my problem). Set another appointment for 8/28 10am-12pm shows up late again. This company sucks and Bright house should be ashamed to even use them!
