9 hours and counting for a brake inspection, front rotor resurfacing, and new front pads. They didn't know how to resurface the pads. Then forced me to buy new pads cuz they trimmed wayyyyyy too much off the rotors. Rotors are going to need to be replaced elsewhere now. Manager was of no help. Still trying to get this rectified. Don't waste your time or money.

Overall
Go to Kmart

I thought that Sears was a household name. Well if it is it's a broken household! I ordered a refrigerator and the driver refused to deliver it from his truck, telling us that we should order another style that this will be a tight fit. The second delivery man delivered a defective refrigerator. The third time before delivery I received a voice mail, not calling me by name so to know whether I received the phone call in error or which item in case I ordered more than one item at a time, but stating that the item I ordered was no longer in stock. I called my refrigerator salesman right away and 24 hours later I am still waiting for a return phone call to find out whether I will be receiving a refrigerator or not. Tired of waiting, I tried to call the Orland Square Sears myself. I was disconnected three times and never did get thru to the large appliance department. Sears and Kmart merged and you can now order Kenmore products at Sears. I never imagined myself as a Kmart shopper, but I'm starting to believe that I will be IF I still chose to go with the Kenmore product.
