American Choice Express

I'm a first time cab user...It snowed about 5 inches overnight so I called the company @10AM to request a cab for a 1PM appointment. I was told to call back @1230 since I was going from a Tinley location to another Tinley location.

I called back @1215 and was told there was a 2 hour wait. I explained my story again the the man whom I first spoke with and he said that he'd have a vehicle there shortly. I received a call from the driver, who was not very easy to understand and who did not understand very much, saying that he was at 159th and Ridgeland and he would be there soon. Mind you, I'm located about 2 miles due west of there. 15 minutes later I receive a call from the lost driver, who incidentally has GPS, asking for directions. His comprehension of the english language is that of a 2 year old, and after 10 minutes on the phone with him, he finally shows up. To top things off, he tells me that a 3 mile cab ride is a flat fee of $15, all of these miles occurring in Tinley.

I would crawl on my hands and knees before I call this company ever again!

Save yourself a lot of misery and choose another company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this company is no way affilliated to the orland taxi inc. company its a shame what some fake unlicensed people will do to hurt the business of others that are legal.. the orland taxi comapny ( 708-349-7888) can b reached for 24hrs a day for commenting posted on 10-07-08
