I love my Simplicity vacuums. I bought my first one over 20 years ago and it is still running great. I just bought a new one and I love how it vacuums my carpet and hardwood floor. I know it will work for a long time. Karen is knowledgable and helpful is making sure I get the vacuum that matches my budget and my needs.
I stopped in to drop off a floor steamer for repair, it's still under warranty and the manufacturer advised me to take it here. I'm glad they did! Karen was so friendly and very helpful, within a few minutes of chatting she picked up on my interest in chemical-free cleaning. They have some great "less-toxic" cleaning products, not to mention so many many different vacuums, vacuum bags, sewing machines, etc. She quickly demo'ed one of their vacuums as we were chatting about chemical free carpet cleaning to show me the power it has and how it would lower the need of carpet shampooing. She also mentioned that they do free repair estimates. So nice to know there's a repair/supply shop for vacuums and sewing machines, I'd much rather repair things than add to the landfill and I'd much rather give my business to a local store than to walmart.
THERE SERVICE WAS GREAT AND FRIENDLY. THEY KNOW A LOT ABOUT THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL.I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN FOR SURE.
Service with a scowl. Owner or whoever works behind the desk belittles the handicapped when a person with special needs is in the store. Sent my son to drop off the vac for work and he was ridiculed for "horrible handwriting" - whilst filling out the customer form. Won't do business with people who are insensitive and rude to others. Owner, or whoever the old guy is behind the desk, you need an attitude adjustment.
We had a vacuum that had lost it's suction and took it to A-1 to get repaired. They had it back to us working in about a week. Unfortunately, since they returned it to us, the vacuum has been shredding belts on a weekly basis, which never happened before in over 5 years owning the vacuum. A-1 has refused to acknowledge any responsibility, and will not refund us the money for the original "repair". AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! The customer service ends when you ask them to make the problem they created right.
I have had a great experiences with A-1 vacuum. The owner is onsite. He goes out of his way to keep his customers happy. I'm very happy with my simplicity vacuum. Great product and excellent customer service.
It took over 2 weeks for the repair to finally get done. Each time I called to find out when it would be done it took 30minutes for them to even find my account! It was very frustrating.
