I am a mall employee and have always been disappointed with there low quality custamer servace. I have had several unpleasant experances but becouse of the good food and large portions, I have always gone back. However today was the last straw. I orderd a bottle soda and it was flat. I asked them to get me a different one and they said no. They wanted me to buy another one. Even though the one I already bought had no fizz in it at all. The fact that a $2.00 soda was more important to them them making a loyal custamer happy is ridiculous. I used to eat there once a week but now I will be taking my business else where. I would perfer to give it to business who care about there custamers.
I have been going here for 10 years, and the service has progressively gotten worse. We went tonight, and it's the final straw. The waitress not only didn't once fill our drinks, she didn't clear any plates, or ask how are dinner was. Teresa has got to be the worst server in the history of servers.I will not be returning to this restaurant. I would definitely not recommend it if you value service at all.
This small business makes everything fresh to order. I've only had one miscommunication with the person answering the phone but that's a language barrier and it's well worth having the patience for the delicious food. The Sesame chicken is my personal favorite. All shrimp entrees are great you get plenty of large shrimp per dish. Their kung pao dishes are full of flavor not just super hot. The low mein is the best around. Plus you get a free order if potstickers on orders over $25(you may want to get an extra order of em cause they go fast!). The delivery is always prompt and I've never had them make a mistake on my orders and I've been getting their delivery for over 2 yrs. They loose one star because the sweet`n`sour dishes have way too much breading. Get the lemon chicken instead its heavenly.
This was by far one of the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. We called to make a delivery order and the first phone call the guy taking the order couldn't understand the phone number so I got hung up on. Figuring that this may have in fact been a mistake I called back and it sounded like the phone was answered and just left on the counter while someone was talking to a customer in person. (This i do slightly understand but you can at least let someone know that they are on hold to be courteous and let someone know.) So I called back one last time and this last phone call is the reason why this review is being written. The final time I called the employee of this "so called business" answered the phone and I quote "Hello, this is the Police Department what do you want?" At this time you can literally here every other employee laughing in the background.I can assure you this restaurant will never be getting my business and I will not recommend this establishment to anyone.I was so excited to finally find a Chinese restaurant that could deliver to my house! Total let down.
cheap prices and food is super good!
