I have been to see Dr Hoyal a few times now. His entire staff is courteous and polite. I have seen them both with insurance and at other times as a self-pay patient. Has cheaper self-pay pricing than other podiatrists I called to compare. During one of the visits when I had insurance, my insurance rejected the claim for a non-legitimate reason. Dr Hoyal's staff fought with the insurance for a couple months until the insurance finally paid. I found this impressive because most doctors just send the bill to you if your insurance denies the claim, without even questioning it. His office usually runs right on time, and the only time that they were running behind they actually sent me a thank-you card for being patient with them and apologizing for the delay. Dr Hoyal always takes the time to answer all my questions. My only advice is to not wait until the last minute to call for an appointment because he gets booked quickly.

Provided by DexKnowsHe charged me 300 for taking some pictures which was not helpful. He put some time but he could not give me even a useful advice. He is nice but unexperienced.

This office completely rocks! Dr Hoyal has his skills mastered and his staff actually knows what they're talking about. If anyone goes to another podiatrist first, just know that in the end you'll be in Dr Hoyal's office getting what you actually needed in the first place.
I absolutely love going to Dr. Hoyal. It is obvious that he cares about his patients, he is kind & professional - giving recommendations that are always in my best interest. His office staff is friendly & helpful. I would definitely recommend this podiatrist to ANY of my friends! Dr. Hoyal is GREAT!

Provided by DexKnowsI loved this office, the staff and the way my daughter was treated. She was 2 years old when she had her first visit and we were treated with respect. My daughter was scared at first and within minutes she was running up and down the halls laughing with the nurses. They made her feel so comfortable! He was so professional. He did everything possible and did every x-ray possible to find the problem. I definitely recommend him!

Provided by DexKnowsDr. Hoyal is absolutly one the kindest doctor I have ever been to. He is caring, kind and his office staff is so friendly. His compassion and his desire to take the time to make sure you are ok is something most doctors have lost in this hurried world of ours. I have had several surgeries performed by him and have never had a problem. He is the best!!!
