Jeremy was such a professional while displaying the Kirby vacuum and products. He went above and beyond with customer service. Because of his great sales skills we upgraded on our Kirby and can't wait to start cleaning our carpets.Thank you Jeremy and great job!!
BUYER BEWARE!!! This is absolutely the worst company I have ever had dealings with! I wish I could give them less than a 1-star rating!Ryan Leavitt came to my door on 5/20 and said it was a 15-minute demonstration. He was there for over three hours! He said it was national sell a Kirby day and the price was the lowest ever. We did not want to buy the Kirby without thinking about it, but Ryan said there was a three business day return policy so we could try it out. We told him we were extremely busy and wouldn't be able to try it out until that third business day. He said that was fine, we could try it out then and call him anytime to return it if we didn't like it.We decided to return it on Wednesday and I called Ryan at 3:30 and got no answer and left a message. I stopped by their office at 4:15 and it was locked. I called again and left another message. I also sent them an e-mail from their website. Then I mailed the cancelled contract at the post office. Ryan never called me back on Wednesday, when he told me I could call him anytime and it would be no problem to return it.I finally got a hold of Ryan on Thursday afternoon, and he said they received none of mine or my wife's voicemail messages. He said they didn't get my e-mail either. I talked to Ryan later after they received my cancelled contract in the mail, and he said it was postmarked on Thursday and they wouldn't accept it. These were the only contact methods they gave me, and because they were unreachable during the cancellation period, they are refusing to accept my Kirby return. After six weeks now of working with the Kirby Customer Relations Department, the owner of Rocky Mountain Incorporated, Mark Rogers, is still refusing to accept my return. This is terrible customer service, all because they were unavailable when they said they would be! Now I have to submit BBB case to get this resolved! Save yourself the frustration and don't buy a Kirby from anyone at Rocky Mountain Incorporated!
They say you automatically get paid $2000 guaranteed. $350 for 3 weeks then $950 the last. But that apparently they will train you sooooooooo well that you'll be making $2000 a week. my husband had a emergenIt happend to be a Tuesday payday and they said he had to fill out a "bonus sheet" now tell me if I'm wrong but when you hear bonus you think bonus like if he would have sold a kirby then he had to fill it out. No, you have to fill it out every week. 1st the orientation was totally misleading. And when he came back to fix it the owner Mark Rogers got extremely upset because my husband went in trying to fix the situation. He didn't even want to go but I told him that's not right on this company's part so he went and it got to the point where MR. MARK WANTED TO FIGHT HIM. I know my husband and he never gotten into an altercation for the 10yrs I've known him and he's 23. So yea. This company gives misleading orientations, Mr. MARK loves to take vacations and act like he's been there when he wasnt. My very first Monday, June 12, 2017 Mark took a vacation to canada. While he was gone J.D did the meeting Mark was supposed to do, and never mentioned how to get paid. MARK at first stated "I always do the meetings on Monday after orientation and always talk about getting paid!!" Then my husband caught him off guard stating "you were in Canada, and J.D never mentioned it" at that point Mark Rogers was infuriated and screamed "GET THE FUCK OUT OF MY OFFICE! GET THE FUCK OUT!!!" I understand people are imperfect but you don't have to be rude about it. If you want to be a slave and just make someone else money WHILE THEY TAKE VACATIONS ALL THE TIME THEN this job is for YOU. IF you have morals and want more out of life read this and take it in to consideration. They don't care about you as employees as much as they present to in orientation in reality it's all about the money so you might as well stay where ever your at. This company puts up a facade to keep them afloat.
I love my Simplicity vacuums. I bought my first one over 20 years ago and it is still running great. I just bought a new one and I love how it vacuums my carpet and hardwood floor. I know it will work for a long time. Karen is knowledgable and helpful is making sure I get the vacuum that matches my budget and my needs.
I stopped in to drop off a floor steamer for repair, it's still under warranty and the manufacturer advised me to take it here. I'm glad they did! Karen was so friendly and very helpful, within a few minutes of chatting she picked up on my interest in chemical-free cleaning. They have some great "less-toxic" cleaning products, not to mention so many many different vacuums, vacuum bags, sewing machines, etc. She quickly demo'ed one of their vacuums as we were chatting about chemical free carpet cleaning to show me the power it has and how it would lower the need of carpet shampooing. She also mentioned that they do free repair estimates. So nice to know there's a repair/supply shop for vacuums and sewing machines, I'd much rather repair things than add to the landfill and I'd much rather give my business to a local store than to walmart.
THERE SERVICE WAS GREAT AND FRIENDLY. THEY KNOW A LOT ABOUT THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL.I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN FOR SURE.
Service with a scowl. Owner or whoever works behind the desk belittles the handicapped when a person with special needs is in the store. Sent my son to drop off the vac for work and he was ridiculed for "horrible handwriting" - whilst filling out the customer form. Won't do business with people who are insensitive and rude to others. Owner, or whoever the old guy is behind the desk, you need an attitude adjustment.
We had a vacuum that had lost it's suction and took it to A-1 to get repaired. They had it back to us working in about a week. Unfortunately, since they returned it to us, the vacuum has been shredding belts on a weekly basis, which never happened before in over 5 years owning the vacuum. A-1 has refused to acknowledge any responsibility, and will not refund us the money for the original "repair". AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! The customer service ends when you ask them to make the problem they created right.
I have had a great experiences with A-1 vacuum. The owner is onsite. He goes out of his way to keep his customers happy. I'm very happy with my simplicity vacuum. Great product and excellent customer service.
