Wow! Just to start with the fresh squeezed orange juice was overwhelmingly delicious! I ordered the fish tacos and am looking forward to trying more dishes in the future!
The food is okay, but more often than not the experience is just frustrating. I called in to ask if they accepted cards over the phone, I was assured they do, and once I called in to place the order the girl informed me they couldn't accept the card (the same one who assured me they accepted cards, after placing the full order). They don't have an option to order online. When I called to see if there was anything we could do, I got a sarcastic reply, which I didn't understand since I was nice, but whatever. I've also had an awful experience with their manager Dennis, who managed to belittle and infuriate me by insulting me the moment he saw me. He rejected my alumni card, which guarantees free chips and dip, and even went as far as pulling out his phone, taking a picture of my card, and plainly saying how he didn't believe me the entire time. I couldn't believe how nasty he was being, I was just shocked he was allowed to work with people. So while the food is pretty good, the infuriating service is a turn off.
The food here is delicious. But as far as To-Go ordering, they always forget at least one thing that we order. The first time they forgot the toast. The second time, an order of bacon, the third time a muffin, etc. The most recent thing was that we order 3 orange juices and none of the caps were put on all the way. So by the time I actually got the order back, all the orange juice was spilled. Great place, just be weary when youre ordering to go.
Had their smoked brisket bbq sandwich. Tons of delicious meat.
