After tracking my package I found that it was supposed to be held at the post office since it did not fit in our community centralized mailbox. After arriving to the USPS in Orange, I was told they couldn't find the box. After looking twice, the lady at the front desk had spoken to my mail carrier in the back, and she was told, and I quote, " I thought she didn't live there anymore". I have lived in this nightmare of a town for the past year and half, and I have never moved, nor used a change of address card. So, my mail carrier took it upon herself to return the package. It's now lost in the system somewhere and has been for week s. When I called to speak to a supervisor about the situation, she stuck up for the employee! The supervisor had "known" me mail carrier for years and knew it had to have been a sub carrier that did it. The driver admitted to it just a few hours prior!



In addition, the packages I actually do get, are THROWN with a thud against my door. I never hear a knock, just the sound of the box slamming against my door. I have also received packages wet and ripped open that were also thrown at my door. According to the supervisor, that wasn't their fault either! Ridiculous!

When they do answer they are frecking rude!! I called today Dec.17,2013 @12:15 spoke with a lady name CINDY told her about shipper putting wrong address on my package (I no longer live in Orange the crack town thank God) anyway ask could she find by my tracking number her reply No it's Christmas to many packages....really lady u live in Orange NOT NEW YORK HAHA what a witch!!! :-)
