Orange Park Kindergarten

Both of my kids attended OPK from age 3 through Kindergarten (then went on to 1st grade in public school). This was a few years back so I can't specifically say how the school is now, but at that time it was the best pre-K thr-ough K school in Orange Park. They were modelled on the Montessori method of teaching with fun and hands on experiences; unlike certain well known franchise pre-K schools where all children receive the same paper work to color or draw on....very much assembly line.

OPK was so well known at that time that many people coming to Jax/Orange Park, especially Navy families, had heard of it, very positively, and signed up their kids before they even got here! I cannot say enough good about OPK as it was then. Hopefully its still just as good and as rewarding for the children and their parents. For a working mom their hours were good as well!
