        Too much conversation

        This restaurant is old, dirty and stale. A few of uniforms were overly greasy and dirty as well. The restrooms needed attention when I was there. There was only one guy in the back making orders, 3 others were up front in a personal conversation with the cashier who seemed to be a shift leader or manager. Then an employee off-duty comes in and they all chat at the front counter. My order took forever to get out.



        I would suggest to the management to review a plan to better organize the crew to start with. Then take steps to improve the physical condition of the restaurant.
