Stange Chiropractic Clinic

Stange is professional, seems concerned, but wants you to come back over and over and over. My insurance has a max # of visits-my fault for not knowing this, but after it was brought to billing staff attention I was told not to worry about it and they still had me coming in 2 x a week, 1 a week, then every other week. I have 6 claims denied, 3 were not even submitted until 2+ months after date of service and I had to pitch a fit to get it done. Now I'm at 100% for the year 2011 and they won't refund the copays I paid even though the insurance company called them & confirmed the 100% status. Their excuse for the past 5 months is they are transitioning software & can't resubmit claims. Yah, right. They charge triple the other chiros prices in our area too. I switched providers and in 3 weeks am finally, finally better!

I have been to a lot of chiropractors before, but Dr. Stange is exceptional. He is extremely professional and I have had amazing results. I would recommend him to everyone I know!
