Broadstar Communications

I have lived in this communmity for 3 mos. This place is nice from the outside but looks can be very decieving. My apartment was never lived in but, however, my apartment was not ready to move into like I was told. Management is less than to be desired and the office staff is rude. I have made several complaints about things needing fixed and these things are still not fixed. As in the other review, Gated Community is a JOKE! 90% of the time the gate does not work and I have almost hit several ppl by them trying to come in the complex the wrong way. Other big problem is the animal problems. I have an animal and I make sure that I clean up after her. Other residents of the complex feel that they don't need to clean up after their animals and the BARKING is a real big problem. If you decide to live here, I hope that you enjoy it and I wish you good luck.

I am not pleased with these Apartments- Yes i do live here to the apartment management that reads this! I have spoke to many of my neighbors that are not pleased at all either. It takes forever to get something done when asked and when you get a walk through of the property you are told you are moving into a New Apartment, or they tell you someone has lived in it for a SHORT time neither of them are true though. The PETS have become a Huge problem easpecially at night the barking is non stop. Supposably the Apartment staff is spread out to monitor these things so tou would think they would do something themselves. Oh, another thing is that ya know that Nice looking Gated community you hear about.....the gate rarely works half the time. So good luck to you if you live here or are considering it. I wouldnt reccomend it, honestly.
