A And W Autocenter

My service engine light on my '99 Cadillac came on the other day and it was skipping. I had my car scanned at AutoZone and they said it was the fuel regulator. I went ahead and bought the part and took it to A an W. Don't ever do that. They knew I had the wrong part but they still installed it without telling me it was the wrong part. They should have told me first so I could have returned the parts to AutoZone but they didn't and now I can't.

I have now had two experiences with A&W automotive. I have 2 children at school at Auburn so feel somewhat vulnerable send them somewhere I don’t know. On the recommendation of a friend, I send their car there for a clutch cable issue. A&W let me have my choice of cables dropped shipped directly to them to save cost. Second time was for something that after they quizzed me about events leading up to the cat converters being clogged, come to find out was probably caused by an accident. I have found them very informative, honest, forthcoming, educational, and pleasant. Highly recommend them(and I typically don’t recommend many car repair shops!)

For experience and integrity this is the place! Ted and Randy will do the job RIGHT ! They also offer lots of advise, help, and tips regarding your car or truck... Great no nonsense people !

Just wanted to let everyone know that this is a great place to take your car/truck for transmission services. I went to Firestone and they refused to work on my transmission because they said that it was a "touchy" transmission and they didn't want to pay for the transmission if it went out on me. So, I took it to A&W and a nice gentleman by the name of Randy did the service for me. He installed a new filter, solenoid pack, upper & lower valve body gaskets, and new fluid. My truck runs great now and I am so thankful that I took my problems to A&W to be solved! I cannot thank Randy enough. He did a fantastic job! THANK YOU RANDY!

Honest, helpful, trustworthy. You can depend that what they tell you is in your best interest rather than just to make the sale or get the job.
