I have never been surrounded by such and encouraging team and very compelling to help me in any situation. Miken has provided me with administrative training, as well as customer service guidance. I can't say enough how much i enjoy working for this company.

As a project manager for Miken, I come to appreciate all they did for our contractors in the field and how they handled any issues that arose. Taking care of our field crews and paying them on time, really helps when you deal with a lot of different clients and time schedules. Miken’s customer service attitude is one of the bests in the construction industry and everyone that worked with me supported Miken that customers come first.

We hired Miken Construction do the remodeling work on our home. My wife and I were very happy with the work and the way our home turned out. They stayed at the quoted price they gave us and completed the job ahead of schedule.

We had our home completely remodeled, including new wood cabinetry, re-textured walls & ceilings, recessed lighting and granite installed throughout. We also had new wood flooring, tile and/or carpeting throughout the house. The kitchen was updated with all new appliances, fixtures, sink & tile, etc. The bathrooms were also updated with new sinks, walk-in showers, plumbing, fixtures, mirrors, etc. They also replaced the doors & installed new window coverings we had selected.

The entire home was painted, both the interior and exterior, and the roof was replaced. New exterior lighting was installed & new cement walk-ways were made around the home. We replaced our damaged patio cover with new wood & replaced the wood fence with a block wall, and installed a sprinkler & drainage system for our front and back yards.

I would highly recommend Miken Construction for your next project; we have referred them to family & friends and had only good feedback from them.

This company previously had a social gathering at my place of business. It was a pleasure interacting with them. The employees were very professional throughout the planning period and actual event. Payment was prompt and I would be happy to have them again.

Great company to work for as a contractor!!! Pays on time and quick turn around on payments which is great in my opinion now a days as a contractor. The PM’s and Estimators are very high on communication which helps them and I identify the SOW (Scope of work) and what needs to be done the first time around so we can move forward with the next job. They are very understanding when unforeseen issues are presented and are willing to help get the issue resolved. If you are given the opportunity to work for Miken, I say take it!!! As long as you are an honest person and high on communication, you should not have any issues going forward.

I was an employee here for 4 years and Miken is a “GREAT” Company to work for and I have much respect for the Owner John C. and the Management team Pam and Dani, and the employees are very friendly and always willing to help. They are getting back to basics and are on the verge expanding in multiple areas, which tells me that they are taking care of their employees and there sub-contractors.

I have been working as a subcontractor for Miken for about a year now. I have found that their internal staff is very helpful and willing to work with the subcontractor to solve any problems that may arise on the job. They pay their subcontractors on time and on a predictable schedule, which allows a smaller contractor such as myself to have greater predictability for my own business operations. They create a positive working relationship between themselves and their vendors, so that the ultimate goal of getting the project completed on time for the client is achieved. I hope to continue our successful business operations with Miken for years to come.
